Spa Etiquette

Gratuities - Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience.  Gratuities are greatly appreciated and are not included in any treatment prices.

Punctuality - Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment.

Late Policy - When you book an appointment with us, you are scheduled with a trained therapist whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment.  If you are late, our policy is to end your treatment session on time, to prevent cutting into the allocated time set for each appointment that follows.  Missed appointments without prior notification may be charged $25.

Quiet, Please! - Please respect others while enjoying your time by using a quiet voice at all times while in the facility.  This will allow you and others to have the utmost relaxing and memorable time.

Cellphones - To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that cellphones be turned off or set to silent when you enter the spa.

General - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Children between the ages of 12 and 18 must have parental consent to receive services.
